Hotel Richter - Hamburg

The stay here was absolutely amazing, appreciated the hotel, it was spotlessly clean with exceptionally nice location just off the airport and which is a venue for weddings. The staff were flexible and very helpful and provided GOOD service.

This hotel is a quiet and wonderful place with updated amenities in a modern setting.

i was given quadruple room with a private safe, central heating, and coffee/tea makers. varied breakfasts with cheeses and musli and jams, everyone could try something new.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to cafes, public transport, and the vibrant market. the room was clean and comfortable, with spacious beds for the kids. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions for late check-in. the breakfast was simple but delicious, offering a variety of options. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Despite missing out on breakfast, the spacious breakfast area was impressive. this was the best accommodation I've found in this price range and I will definitely return.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - there was a bottle of water provided in the room for free, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great - the single beds were comfortable and having a private bathroom was definitely a bonus. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and had a good variety of options.

All in all, everything was great at this hotel.

I had a late check-in and was worried about not having a place to sleep, but to my relief, Hotel Richter had already left the key in a code box outside the building. They even sent me the code in my mailbox. It was so convenient and saved me from sleeping on the street.

Although the hotel is not located in the most vibrant part of town and doesn't have a full bar for late-night drinks, it was still a perfect choice for me as I was mainly traveling through Hamburg and exploring outside the premises.

The room was clean and comfortable for a group of four with all our luggage, and we appreciated the emergency phone number for after-hours check-in.

The sound isolation in between rooms was very poor, and we could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, particularly in the middle of the night. We also experienced some disregard for quiet hours, as a family was noisy when leaving in the early hours of the morning.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient for exploring the city center. it is relatively close to the airport, which might be beneficial for some travelers. the hotel is located on an industrial park, which is a common situation in other cities in Germany.

It is disappointing that the hotel doesn't clearly mention that some rooms have shared bathrooms. Such an unpleasant surprise can lead to an uncomfortable stay.
